We work with the homeowner or realtor to make instant decorative changes using existing furnishings and accessories. We do not bring in rental furnishings and expensive props.  Although we do have sources to use if your home has a blank space and needs help.  And if you need a few enhancements to make the home look its best, we help you come up with a list and will shop with you or for you for the perfect accessories. Our easy-to-follow design plan gives s homeowners an advantage over the competition.

How does the service work?

We start the minute we get out of our car. We access your curb appeal and then we move inside. After a brief discussion and a short questionnaire, we go from the entry through each room and help you correct the most common decorating mistakes while emphasizing the positives of each room.  We address the furniture, paint, lighting, window treatments and flooring.  We share our tried and true tips for making your home show like a model.  Maximizing your space.  Making it brighter, fresher, cleaner.
